Fitted with polished aluminium tube electrode at the base and a twin conductive rubber ‘glans cage’ for the tip. Adjustable ‘telescopic’ length to optimise sensation. The SPT is bi-polar which means it can be used on its own and does not require another electrode to complete the circuit.

An adaptor kit is required (+18) for use with the original Surge Milker.

Sizing:

This SPT has an adjustable telescopic length to position the electrode just where you need it. Simply choose an internal diameter. O-rings on the lower section are removed to reduce the length, the upper section can be inverted to change the position of the cage. Together these allow for a wide range of sizing. 

Internal Diameter (30mm, 40mm, or 50mm): The size refers to the internal diameter of the SPT. 40mm is by far the standard size.  Due to the way the milker works the sizes are not that critical - as long as the penis will fit inside the acrylic tube when erect. Diameter is calculated by dividing the circumference by 3.142 (π).

E-stim:

The Twin Cage has 3 e-stim connection options. Each of the Cage electrodes has a connection as well as the aluminium base. This gives the option of cage-only bi-polar e-stim, tri-phase e-stim, and bi-polar cage and base ring e-stim.
